Worst Customer Service There Is

This product could be powerful and helpful but every time there is an update the "help" from customer support is simply less than poor. Since this app is often not functional without updates perhaps the company should invest more time in the training and the selection of their support staff. I am currently looking for a better system that is more interested in continued costumer relationships.
